Judgments out of a sharia law court operating out of a UK Islamic college will have legal binding status.

A MUSLIM college in the Midlands is running the UK’s first official sharia law court.

The Muslim Arbitration Tribunal has already used sharia law to decide the outcome of more than 100 civil disputes between Muslims across the UK since it opened its doors last December.

The tribunal, which operates alongside the British legal system, was set up by scholars and lawyers at Hijaz College Islamic University in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

And recently, the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips, said there was no reason why it could not be used for contractual agreements and marital disputes.

But in some Muslim countries punishments handed out under the legal system have included beheadings, public floggings and thieves’ hands being chopped off.

Faisal Aqtab Siddiqi, a commercial law barrister and head of Hijaz College, who has sat in judgment at a number of the tribunals, said British society was not ready for such punishments.

But he added that if society became more ‘civilised’ then those who broke the law should expect to receive the highest degree of punishment.

That’s Islamic civilization. Get ready for it UK.

It’s happened in Britain… Does anyone doubt that they are already plotting to introduce it here, on the American shores? Meanwhile, gentle reader, reflect upon this: how can a free and democratic society continue to be free and democratic when different sets of laws apply to different nationalities? What about the once sacrosanct principle of equality under the law?!?!?

While the liberals see no problem in accommodating, bending over and completely meeting every Muslim wish, what do some British Muslims have to say? As The Sun reports:

A HATE fanatic has boasted that Muslims will one day conquer Britain — by having more BABIES.

Speaking at a rally marking 9/11, Anjem Choudary bragged that a birth explosion would let followers of Islam take control of the country.

Undercover Sun investigators secretly recorded Choudary telling a young and impressionable audience that they would eventually rule under strict Sharia law.

And our team listened in chilled silence as he predicted: “Islam is superior and will never be surpassed. The flag of Islam will rise over Downing Street.”

Procreating and thereby changing the demographics is not illegal, but can Britain or indeed the West afford such drastic changes as would occur to its way of life, to its civilization? Is the West, or whatever may remain of it after the Islamic takeover, ready to be forcefully converted to Islam or perish?

Lawyer Choudary also said it would be easy for vast numbers of Muslims to declare Jihad, or holy war, against Britain — and that every one of them could become “a time bomb waiting to go off”.

The Sun team watched vile Choudary, the right-hand man of exiled preacher of hate Omar Bakri, ranting to 100 young Muslims at a meeting in East London.

The mob bayed and cheered as he said: “About 500 people in Britain become Muslim every day.

I do not know the real statistics but I find very hard to believe that 183,000 Britons annually convert to Islam. But you know the old saw about statistics, especially when the “statistician” is already known as a liar with no training other his own wishful thinking and vivid hate filled imagination.

The rally — advertised as a debate on whether the West had “learned the lessons” of 9/11 — was held amid strict security in a hall above a mosque in Lea Bridge Road, Leyton. Stewards on the door demanded ID from non-Muslims.

Inside the atmosphere was tense as dozens of young men in their teens or 20s packed chairs at the front while the few women present were ushered to the back. Choudary — whose family live on £25,000 a year in benefits — whipped them into a frenzy with a speech calling for Sharia law, under which criminals and adulterers are stoned or have limbs amputated.

The multicultural crowd, the ones who so fervently advocate the moronic belief that if you appease you gain peace, the multicultural crowd who learned nothing from history, sees no problem giving taxpayer money to one who preaches their destruction. It is they who enable Choudary and his ilk to preach hatred and recruit cannon fodder for his evil designs…

He roared: “We do not integrate into Christianity. We will ensure that one day you will integrate into the Sharia Islamic law. Our eyes are on Downing Street.”

But the multicultural crowd, with their eyes and ears tightly shut, will claim this is merely flowery rhetoric and will persist in ignoring the consequences while defending Choudary “freedom of speech.” Back in the prehistoric days when I was in secondary, I remember my civics teacher telling us that the freedom in a free democratic society had both responsibilities and limitations. “the freedom to move my fist,” she told us, “stops where your cheek starts.” Frankly, gentle reader, Choudary’s words and the actions he’s advocating, have gone well beyond the point where the others cheek starts…

He went on: “That is why the British are so afraid. It would be easy for us to declare Jihad in Britain and each one of us could become a time-bomb waiting to go off. But we are not people who betray.”

But we are not people who betray.” No, I do not believe that the whole of Britain is afraid though there is no question that fools like PM Gordon Brown and some of his lackeys act like they are afraid. They are unwilling to confront a minority that refuses to act as any other minority ever did. They seem unable to enforce laws that any sane society must adopt, implement, and enforce if it is to survive. There must be easily enforceable laws against incediary speech, anyone who preaches an overthrow of what a majority is relatively comfortable with, anyone who implies that if necessary each one of us could become a time-bomb waiting to go off, should not continue to be subsidized by the taxpayers. Only a government intent on national suicide, a government comprised of useful idiots or paid off lackeys could countenance such speech without taking action

Another hate-filled speaker, Saiful Islam, praised terror chief Osama Bin Laden and al-Qaeda for their courage in retaliating against the West’s “oppression”.

He warned of a repeat of the 9/11 attacks in which more than 3,000 died in America, or another 7/7 suicide attack in London. He said: “The blame of 9/11 belongs to no one but the American government. They are the terrorists.

“Sheikh Osama warned America numerous times, it was because of their own arrogance, because they thought they are a superpower and nobody could match them, that Sheikh Osama taught them a lesson – a lesson they still haven’t learned.”

By refusing to commit suicide, by refusing to lay down without a fight, America and the West are to blame for all the violence, for all the terror, for all the misery in this world. None of it is the fault of Islamists! The centuries of ruthless and despotic regimes, the highest illiteracy rate in the world, the subhuman treatment of women, they are not to blame for the poverty and misery of the Islamic world… Only the Big Satan and the West are to blame. Yep, gentle reader they convinced me…

Referring to Iraq and Afghanistan, he warned the US and Britain: “Wake up. Withdraw. Listen. All of us have a part to play in stopping the violence or the next 9/11 will take place in Britain, the next 7/7 could take place locally.”

The meeting was also addressed by law lecturer Abu Saalihah and there was a live webcam link to Omar Bakri at his Lebanon hideout.

Yesterday unrepentant Bakri said he could not understand what moderate Muslims have against Bin Laden.

He also dismissed 9/11 as “just an event” which was neither good nor bad but comparable to the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Speaking from Beirut he said: “Osama Bin Laden is a legendary person for Muslims round the world.

We are not people who betray, Choudary said… If such is true, how do they define betrayal when it comes to dealing with the infidel? Or is betrayal of the infidel that feeds, clothed and gives them shelter, a concept that simply does not exist since everything is fair game and the infidel is merely – wittingly or unwittingly – paying the jizya tax?

Britain, Europe as a whole, the US, the entire West can still easily reverse the process of their own Islamization and stop their descent into dhimmitude. Will the West shake itself out of its lethargic state while it still can, or will it go quietly into the night?
