I just saw the following on YID With LID’s blog:

Obama’s Palestinian Phone Tree

Yesterday Senator Obama BLASTED John McCain for the fact that he received President Bush’s Vote. Today Palestinian Media Watch is reporting that people in the Hamas-controlled Gaza strip are making phone calls urging people to vote for Barack Obama (SEE BELOW). Now I ask you America which is worse, support from the President of the United States or support from HAMAS?

PA Daily:

Palestinians campaigning for Obama
By Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook

PA daily reports that Gaza residents are randomly calling American homes trying to convince Americans to support Barack Obama for president.

The following is the story in the PA daily:
“23 year old [Palestinian] Ibrahim Abu Jayyab sits by the computer in the Nusairat refugee camp [in the Gaza Strip] trying to call American citizens, in order to convince them to vote for the Democratic candidate for president, Barack Obama…
Most of the Palestinians feel hatred towards USA, whose administrations have always stood by Israel…
Abu Jayyab’s idea is to make telephone calls to American citizens through Internet sites that allow making free calls… in order to use them [to make phone calls] for the campaign supporting Obama. Abu Jayyab says: We dial random numbers and try to call people without knowing their identity or their affiliation…
He said that a large number of Palestinians dislike their activity… [those] who do not see any difference between the American politicians, because of the hostility that they feel towards America. But his hope is that their activity will have some impact [in support of Obama].”

Now, gentle reader, why would Palestinians in Gaza be working so hard to canvass votes for an American presidential candidate, why would Gaza brothers Edwan, Hosam and Osama contribute $29,521.54 and another brother Youssef contributing $4,000.00 (in direct contravention of our campaign finance laws!) when they barely can afford to eat, to Obama’s campaign? How much of Obama’s staggering treasure chest of $605,000,000.00+ has come in illegal contributions from abroad?!?!? Do you think, gentle reader, that people normally identified with terror, believe they stand to gain something from an Obama presidency?

Yet, the good junior Senator from Illinois has the effrontery to complain about President Bush exercising his right to vote for the President party’s own candidate? Obama has not become President yet, but already he’s deciding who may vote and for whom? Obama told Joe the Plumber that he wants to redistribute the wealth, a video from 2001 – where Obama says that and claims it is a fundamental flaw in the Constitution that such redistribution isn’t mandatory – has been found… Yet, to go and advocate something that is unconstitutional is not criminal, but President Bush exercising his constitutionally given right and voting for McCain is?!?!?

When Barbara West confronted Joe Biden with the Karl Marx quote and Obama’s own words about redistributing the wealth, Joe got visibly angry. The Democrat Party called the interview unprofessional… Was it unprofessional because the questions were hard hitting, too hard to answer? Was it unprofessional because they quoted an actual phrase the good junior Senator used himself about a week earlier?!?!? Was it unprofessional because Biden was unable to give even one truthful answer? Have blatant lies suddenly become the new convenient truths in the eyes of Obama and Biden? Accusing the other side of crimes when the accusing side is trampling on the very principles of the Constitution, which as President, Obama will be sworn to uphold is exactly the same tactic used by every ruthless despot in history since time immemorial. Obama hasn’t been elected yet, but is already talking as if he is Emperor Supreme. How criminal! How Hypocritical!!!!!

Biden was just d### lucky that the questioner didn’t go the next step and and ask the obvious follow-up questions. She could so easily have put him complete melt down mode. Will it ever happen?

So, when Katie Couric asked Sarah Palin what magazines she read. I thought that was hard hitting journalism, not because the question was hard, or biased, or unprofessional, but because she couldn’t answer the question, she couldn’t even fake it and pretend she subscribed to anyone else’s view’s aside from her own.

A republican anchorwoman parroting republican talking points isn’t hard hitting, it’s a violation of the objectivity doctrine in journalism, which is a signed agreement that anchors, and reporters, everyone aside from “pundits” has to sign in order to get a job delivering our news, and to top it all off, it’s unprofessional.

The objectivity doctrine: It’s what helped your side in that disastrous Katie Couric interview, and it’s what was violated when that blond bimbo said those inflammatory things on a major network news station. I’ve said my piece.

“I have been a Democrat my entire life, but I will not support the Democratic Party at the cost of democracy.”

    quote from http://www.lynettelong.com/caucusfraud/
    excerpts below.
    *******************

“As I write this, the Democratic Party is poised to formally nominate Barack Obama as its candidate for President of the United States.

    It’s the triumph of fraud.

I’ve spent the past two months immersed in data from the 2008 Democratic caucuses. After studying the procedures and results from all fourteen caucus states, interviewing dozens of witnesses, and reviewing hundreds of personal stories, my conclusion is that the Obama campaign willfully and intentionally defrauded the American public by systematically undermining the caucus process.

This site represents the fruits of my research. It’s a work in progress, obviously, and also a central repository for a vast array of data: articles and blog posts from around the web, personal emails to me, interviews with witnesses, affidavits and testimonials, campaign communications, and videos of the caucuses themselves.

I have elected to make this information public. I hope that it sheds light on the caucus process and inspires reform or total elimination of the caucuses. I also hope it gives pause to those Democrats who believe that Barack Obama is the rightful nominee and that Hillary supporters should just “get over it.”

I have been a Democrat my entire life, but I will not support the Democratic Party at the cost of democracy.

NOTE: To help disseminate the information in this website, I’ve created a 98-page report which summarizes my key findings and includes a sample of stories from each state. It’s in pdf form, so it’s suitable for emailing and printing out.
