Kuwait’s Ahmed Al-Jarallah – Editor-in-Chief – Arab Times is no Zionist tool, in fact anyone reading him knows he’s far from enamored with the Zionist Entity. He is, however, a realist and understands the situation without using rose colored glasses to make Hamas look good. Here is this past Sunday’s editorial:

‘Innocent’ being misled in Gaza

HISTORY repeated itself when the whole world witnessed another disaster after Hamas leader Khalid Meshaal came out of his hideout in Damascus to announce that the rockets of Hamas were in a safe place and could not be destroyed by the Israeli bombing of Gaza. We have to ask Meshaal how long will the alleged rockets stay in the safe place? Is the bloodshed in Gaza not enough proof of rocket firing? Maybe, Meshaal is playing a game similar to the one that Hezbollah played in 2006 when the group declared that its rockets would reach Haifa City. After the destructive Israeli war against Lebanon, the rockets of Hezbollah remained in the hideout in spite of the continuous threats. These rockets even failed to strike a balance with the Israeli side.

Obviously, for Hamas the ability to taunt and provoking Israel again is far more important than the welfare of the people they’ve shown themselves so unwilling to govern

Hundreds died in Lebanon but the rockets did nothing. Hundreds have also died in Gaza due to the recent Israeli attacks but Meshaal seems to be repeating the acts of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. It looks like Meshaal wants to keep the rockets like Hezbollah — if he really has some — until an international decision is issued calling for a ceasefire. Israel will then get international protection similar to the one that moved Hezbol-lah from the Israeli border to another location behind the Nahr Al-Letani border. The Hezbollah rockets became powerless. However, these rockets were used against the Lebanese when the Hezbollah militia invaded Beirut and the villages in Jebal.

Blood and the martyrdom of others is obviously of greater import to these IslamoFascist than the life and prosperity of their own people. If they kill or maim Israelis they take it as a victory, if they provoke Israel into killing civilians it is a a propaganda victory! Why? Because the western liberal controlled MSM elite can always be counted to make Israel look as bad as possible, regardless of what the truth may be.

Nasrallah pushed the Lebanese into war despite an obvious imbalance in the military strength of the parties involved. Oblivious of the havoc the war has wrought on Lebanon, Nasrallah declared victory without admitting that he made a mistake when his rockets reached Beirut, not Haifa City.

Nasrallah has succeeded in brainwashing some people through his speeches and money but the Lebanese discovered the truth about the war later. Meshaal has delivered the same speech in the last few days. He is now leading a war without knowing the actual situation on the ground. He believes the ‘rockets’ strategy and threats are effective way to defeat the Jewish army. From his hideout in Damascus, Meshaal maneuvered a war that has led to the death of hundreds in Gaza. Nasrallah supported the Hamas leader by attacking Egypt, its political and military leaders as well as its people, thinking we are still in 1952 or 1956 when Jamal Abdul Nasser led Egypt and revolution leaders in many countries.

Nasrallah was a far more formidable force, Meshaal shows a total disconnect with his people, a horribly callous disregard for the life of the average civilian.

The world today is not the same as yesterday. It is not easy for the ‘mystical’ leaders to deceive the public and lead the people towards death without enough preparation. The statements of Nasrallah and Meshaal have vanished into thin air. Judgment Day will come soon when people will be asked about their role in leading others death and massive destruction. They will be held accountable for their lies as they claimed that the rockets would scare the enemy or shake the enemy’s land.

Those who claim to be masters of their people and the Arab World will be held responsible for their acts as they used the media to spread ‘half truths’ from their hideouts at the expense of innocent children, women and elderly. These masters later left the innocent public to face sanctions, hunger and thirst. People are now facing the destructive weapons of Israel without any place to hide.

Since anything I quote from the Kuwaiti Arab Times tends to disappear, I am including a screen shot here and below as proof that it was there:

Frankly, if Gaza had responsible leadership there were never would have been any reason for Israel’s incursion. Had the Arab world in 1947 accepted the UN Partition Plan there never would have war ever since. While I have my disagreements with Al-Jarallah’s assessments I respect him as one of those clear voices who sees and understands reality and is willing to call it as he sees it. Which brings me to the hypocrites in the West. They accuse Israel as being solely responsible for the current war. Not once did these leftists who so profess to love peace proferr any proterst against Hamas terrorism, against the Hamas Charter that calls for the violent destruction of the State of Israel. Perhaps it is these same leftists whose lack of moral fiber, whose intellectual shortsightedness reduced them to silence while Israelis were terrorized that are just as responsible as Hamas in the horrible plight the Gaza poplution finds itself in!

Meshaal’s subjects lack the most basic services because to Hamas there are more urgent priorities, Meshaal’s subject are reeling under the rule of Hamas and its logical consequences, but… all he can say is that the rockets of Hamas were in a safe place and could not be destroyed by the Israeli bombing of Gaza. Is it just my lack of understanding, gentle reader, or is there a tremendous chasm between Gaza and its leaders?

On Monday the 5th, Al – Jarallah wrote again:

We have heard nothing from Hamas but the pointless statements of Dr Mohammed Nazzal, which remind us of the declarations of Mohammed Saeed Al-Sahaf — the information minister during Saddam Hussein’s reign — on the alleged defeat of the allied forces. When told that the allied forces were at the doorsteps of the ministry building, Al-Sahaf brushed off the information, saying “these are the forces of the great Saddam Hussein!”

In the last two weeks, Nazzal made several assertions that Hamas will destroy Israel. He said the Israeli forces will not enter Gaza City, affirming the ‘infrastructure’ of Hamas is fine. He seems to have forgotten the basic needs of the Palestinians in Gaza as he is busy contemplating on senseless things. What should be done now to lessen the impact of the crisis? Hamas must return the rule of Gaza to the legitimate leaders of Palestine — the internationally-recognized Palestinian government — before the people in Gaza call for referring all those behind the crisis to the court. With a belief that fervent demonstrations will defeat Israel and destroy its alliance with the US, Hamas seems to have offered nothing to its people. We cannot help but wonder if the group has done something good for the people. Has it succeeded in preventing mistakes?

One could laugh at Dr Mohammed Nazzal’s inane statements, unfortunately it is hard even for a Zionist to laugh as innocents suffer. Nazzal’s statements show the same propaganda mind at work, the same slogan filled brain that is unwilling or unable to understand reality and act upon it. You need not wonder any longer Mr. Al-Jarallah, the sad reality is that Hamas has (with glee) brought nothing but misery, pain, terror and death to its own people. I utterly fail to see how that in any way, shape or form has proven to be in the least bit something good for the Gazans. Hamas is far more interested in sowing death on both sides because of the propaganda effect, because it admires Hizbullah who did the same in Lebanon, because it faithfully listens to the putrid little Iranian maggot, Ahmedinajad, and his handlers, the Ayatollahs.

Watch in the following video, the true legacy of Hamas to its constituents. Watch as Fathi Hamad declares on Al-Aksa TV on February 29, 2008 that “For the Palestinian people death became an industry.” Watch as Palestinian children are dragged by those brave Hamas “militants to serve as human shields:

And you still wonder, Ahmed Al-Jarallah, if Hamas has done something good for the people? Has it succeeded in preventing mistakes? Perhaps, Ahmed Al-Jarallah, we should let the reader shake you out of your wonder!

Meanwhile, war or not, Israeli doctors are busy saving the lives of Gaza’s children. Do you see the difference, gentle reader, between those who love life and those who treasure death?!?!?

It seems, you have no knowledge of any history of the Zionist regime, and how they came to exist.

Sitting down under siege for years in a prison like city is not fair, but it seems ok for you. I would ask you to go and live under siege in Gaza for three days and then rewrite your comments.

Reading the news is not like feeling it.

And yes I have been living under siege, I lived in Beirut in 82 and I felt the pain.

    Mohamad,

    WHO injured the GAZAN children???

The criminal organization that in direct violation of international law is using them as human shields. You know who that is? HAMAS that’s who!!! Ask any Gazan who is not part of the Hamas mafia, I dare you

You want history, you want to know what life in a prison city is like? Go back to 1950 when Abdel Gamal Nasser from Egypt shoved all those people into Gaza! Go to Syria, go to Jordan go to Lebanon where you claim to have lived and ask why Palestinians were not allowed to blend into regular society and contribute to it, ask those countries why Palestinians were not allowed to study or get regular jobs but were instead kept like cattle in small cramped cities within cities. They won’t tell you, so I will. They kept the Palestinians under subhuman conditions so as let them fester and spread the cancer of hatred troughout their hearts. They did it so the “refugess” could be used as a political weapon.

In 1964, three years before the Six Day War Yasser Arafat founded Fatah with Mahmoud Abbas. IN spite of massive sums sent him since the 80s to aid his people, their condition continued to deteriorate while billions found their way to secret bank accounts so that the cow he married could live in full luxury in the Saint Germain neighborhood in Paris (one of the most expensive places on this planet).

When he was offered at Camp David almost everything he asked for, he stormed out! Do you know why? Because if the Palestinian Authority became a country, he would have to account for those billions!

When he died of AIDS (he “loved” little boys, you know?) the money was never recovered, but people got so fed with Fatah’s greed and corruption they voted in Hamas, hoping for relief. They got instead more misery, more bloodshed, only Hamas and its henchmen got “relief” in their pockets!

Yeah, Mohamad, I know history. You, however, would rather invent something more convenient!
