Looking through Simply Jews I came across an interesting item that immediately caught my attention,  the Ma’an News Agency (the Palestinian News Agency)  is running various polls during the current Gaza conflagration. It asks Palestinians in all walks of life their opinions and I was quite surprised to see the sophistication of the average Palestinian at discerning the truth from the lies told by its leaders. While they are certainly nfar from being  head over heels about Israel, the survey results will amaze you!

For the question: Who bears responsibility for the collapse of the Gaza truce? This were the survey results:

Who bears responsibility for the collapse of the Gaza truce? 39.2% of Palestinians lay the blame on Hamas as opposed to 34.48% blaming Israel. Does it not surprise you, considering all the Western tools and fools defending Hamas, or even ignoring Hamas’ amply documented deeds against their own and against the dreaded Zionist Entity. Come now, there will be those who’ll say, the percentages are just under 5% apart it’s not enough of a difference! It isn’t? Listening to Hamas’ defenders I would have expected at least 80+% would blame Israel, instead 65.12% blamed causes other than Israel. Sounds like a majority knows Israel is not the instigator of this fight.

But the gap between Hamas’ culpability versus Israeli culpability widens further in this next poll. When the Question asked was: Who is to blame for the loss of life in Gaza? the percentage difference becomes 7.76% with Hamas seen as the culprit by 51.82% versus 44.06% who blamed Israel:

I can already hear the staunch defenders of Hamas and its terror, including the sweet kids at digg.com, dismissing this poll. “What does it prove?” “Another piece of Zionist propaganda!” Ma’an News Service… is the latest Zionist Enity’s tool?!?!? I’m afraid not, not this time children! Grow up kiddies. What makes you think you know better than the people victimized by Hamas? Will your invention of facts, your blatant falsification of history, change the truth. Why not just recognize the reality of the situation? Why not recognize that if Hamas ceases to exist and a new government takes over (one that is really interested in bettering the plight of the average Gaza inhabitant) and uses western aid to build infrastructure, invests in business and industry instead of smuggling tunnels or in missiles and assorted explosives, there will truly be peace! It takes real men to recognize the truth, some people will swallow their pride and grow up, others will stubbornly cling to their illusions and fashionable sheeple mentality. Pity!

But Ma’an and and those polled are not the only ones who recognize Hamas’ murderous engineering of the current conflict, other Arabs do as well! You can see it in my posts here and here, for example. You can also see some interesting videos that point the finger at Hamas.

Will these useful idiots, these tools of Teheran, at least believe the Words of Fathi Hamad, a Hamas MP or will they also dismiss him as a tool of Zionism?

And… you can read what Egypt’s government daily Al-Gumhouriyya, has to say:

[...]“Religious Movements [Such As Hamas and Hizbullah] Contain Elements Similar to Nazism – As Do Many Tyrannical Parties That Brought Disaster Upon Their Respective Nations

In his third article, published December 24, 2008, Ibrahim wrote: “Hamas believes, as do the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, Hizbullah, and other religious organizations, that everything it does is always right… Hamas, like any other ideological movement, believes that because it was elected by the people, the people no longer have a say, and that because it won the election, it can treat the people [as it sees fit]. Religious movements contain elements similar to Nazism, as do many tyrannical parties that brought disaster upon their respective nations…

“Hamas’s [statements] and actions are [characteristics of a group that is] trying to bring destruction upon its people… Egypt is concerned about the Palestinians, while Hamas is not – not one bit. Hamas is holding the entire Palestinian people hostage, saying: ‘We will live together, or die together.’ Hamas is imposing suicide [ideology] on the Palestinians, because it sees itself as their legitimate ruler.

“For Hamas, it doesn’t matter that balance of forces is completely against them – they remain arrogant. The Palestinians did indeed elect [Hamas]; however, [Hamas] did not make Palestinian wellbeing [its top priority], but rather chose to join the axis that is opposed to the moderate Arab [countries] – the Syria-Iran axis, which is against Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

“Hamas’s position and Egypt’s position are diametrically opposed. Cairo believes that it is imperative to rescue the Palestinians from the catastrophe, while Hamas holds that there would be nothing wrong if [all] the Palestinians perished, because then they will be martyrs and enter Paradise. [Hamas also believes] that it is more important to strengthen the Syria-Iran axis of evil, which sponsors the religious movements in Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine…

“Hamas is pushing Gaza towards a massacre, while all the while shouting that the Arabs or the Egyptians have failed to come to their aid. The Palestinians must realize the truth – that [Hamas's] actions are pushing [Gaza] towards a massacre…

“This shows that Hamas is part of Tel Aviv’s plan to eliminate the [Palestinian] problem. Hamas may not be aware of this; or possibly it is, but it considers Syria’s and Iran’s interests a hundred times more important than the interests of those who voted it [into power].”

Read the words I extracted from Al-Gumhouriyya, they were written on Wednesday, December 24th. That was three days before Israel retaliated on Gaza… Do you really truly believe that Al-Gumhouriyya suddenly became the Zionist Entity’s mouthpiece?!?!? Or is it rather that Egypt’s fear at Iran’s growing sphere of influence made President Mubarak and his government’s mouthpiece open their eyes and realize that it ain’t dem Jooz who are the biggest threat? What do you think, gentle reader?

Was it a volunteer online poll, or a real one? Until we know that, the survey results are not worth much.

Interesting poll, though not too surprising as Fatah wants Hamas dead.

The poll that should be revisited is the one where “west bank” arabs are asked if they want peace or “pieces” – iirc, most recent polls showed the majority still want Israel GONE… and a majority also approved terrorism and rockets to achieve that goal.

PS- always remember when you see some jino/leftist fool with a checkered diaper around his neck, that arafat draped that schmatta to represent the map of the entirety of “palestine” replacing all of Israel…

You mean there’s someone to blame other than the Jews? And the Palestinians realize it?

  4. United States Jermaine Rodrigo from New York, United States on January 14th, 2009 5:02 pm

Wow, Christians were not even in the choices. Are we supposed to be fooled and think the Moslems love us? Sorry we all know the Moslems considers us to be infidels. They hate us.
I was surprised at the answers from the Arabs.
The Hamas killers are doing exactly what the 22 Arab nations did all these years about the “Palestinian” refugee camps. They allowed the problem to get so effing big that the world blamed the Jew for making the problem. But not one effing Arab country tried to help their own poor Arab brothers and sisters in the refugee camps for 61 years. That’s 61 years without helping their own. Yet, the world wants to know what the Jew did for the Moslems.
Now Hamas is allowing the war problem to escalate so that the Jew gets the blame.
Anyway, the bottom line, the real point for me and millions like me is, WHERE IS THE POPE? He said nothing about the rockets which were obviously used to provoke war and destroy peace.
He must lead us in PEACE.

Where were all the world’s humanitarian cries for Hamas to stop shooting missiles for the past 33 months? Did you see even one demonstration against Hamas in Lebanon, Syria, France, England, Argentina, Thailand, or China about the human effect brought on by more than 7,000 missiles lobbed into Israel? I didn’t see ONE protest. Suddenly, when Israel has reached its full, up-to-the-neck response, oh yes, suddenly there are screams and cries about the women and children and the humanity oh the humanity. Suddenly, there are firebombings of Starbucks! Now they are attacking an American embassy?

The horrible Jews are not even seven million people surrounded by 326 million hating, angry, venom-filled Moslem Arabs. The Jews live in one country the size of Rhode Island. The 23 Arab countries live in an area the size of the United States. Whre are the world’s newspaper articles about those facts? THERE WEREN’T ANY!!!

How many Jewish places of worship are allowed in the 23 Arab countries? How many Jews have been kicked out of the 23 Arab countries? How many Jews are members of the parliament of all those 23 Arab countries combined? How many Arabs are now voting in the Israeli Parliament? Did Israel decide to vote itself into statehood? Did the United Nations decide it? Wasn’t it simply a delayed implementation of the same League of Nations’ resolution that created, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, etc albeit in a much smaller area than the League of Nations originally assigned?

Where are all the newspaper’s pictures of the Jewish families hit by rockets? How many pictures do you see about what Israel did? How many about what Hamas did? The whole knows who has been bombing the night clubs and hospitals and and embassies and stadiums and police stations and bus stops and railroad stations. Let Hamas play its game of “Oh, how do you know that the Moselms did that?” or, “Maybe the Jews did those bombings?” Speaking of surveys, do you know that 55% of all Moslems still believe even today that Israel and the United States plotted together to destroy the World Trade Center in 2001?

Just where is the media news going with its watered down facts about the current conflict and the reasons for it?

Try allowing 7,000 rockets to fall into YOUR neighborhood for almost three years until you decide it is time to retaliate after all the ignoring of protests against the missiles??!! ‘This is the website to be with ladies and gentlemen. This website is not against women, it is not against Jews, it is not against Christians, it is not against Buddhists. Can you say that about Hamas or Iran or Syria or Fatah or the 23 Moslem Arab countries?

Also, I agree with Mr. Rodrigo, “Where was the Pope about all this hatred and missiles before the current Gaza situation?”

Most of the words in those Arab countries’ newspapers are about Jews, Jihad, Christians, hate, death, blood, killing martyrs, shootings, attacks, Heaven, 72 virgins, infidels, bombs. We all know the truth. Why is it that the Hamas types don’t even know how to look in the mirror? They are the cowards who hate and kill only if the victims are not protected. They fear the mirror. We all know why. Cowards, killers, haters, rapists, women haters, peace haters, despicable disgusting murderers trying to hide behind religion.
