And now… the President of the United States!

The Saturday Night Live crew were ruthless in their attacks on Sarah Palin, during the last presidential campaign. In fact, some of the lines attributed to Alaska’s Governor, best remembered by the public and used by the media to besmirch her, were uttered not by Palin, but by lookalike SNL actress Tina Fey. SNL has now found a new target, it seems. Their hero, Obama, turned out to be not the hoped for Messiah but merely another horribly ineffectual, not ready for prime time, political hack!

SNL takes on the President (H/T: Breitbart TV):

It would be funny, very funny, but the joke is on us!  A majority of this country’s electorate voted for the man. Not because of his ideas, not because of his experience, not because of his intellect! No, they voted for him because he promised some vague, never defined “hope and change.” Meanwhile, listening to his speech in Cairo, seeing him bow to the Saudi King, and being embarrassed by his vacuous self serving words at the UN, America is starting to wake up. This is not the Messiah we hoped for, his “change” will burden even our great grand kids with impossible taxes and failed policies that will make it hard for the country to recover if President Obama continues on this course.

I want America to succeed, I do not want us to become a third rate country. It matters little to me the name, the creed or the skin color of the person who will lead us forward. Unfortunately, the Obamessiah is not the one who can take this country from strength to greater strengths! He is weakening us morally, economically and militarily.

His work ethic is all but presidential. He found 14 plus hours, in his busy schedule, to fly out to the Olympic Committee and plead Chicago’s (read: Tony Rezko and friends!) case. Yet, he only could spare 25 minutes at the airport for our top commander in Afghanistan, in spite of referring to Afghanistan as a “war of necessity.”

Treasury Secretary Geithner complains to his Wall Street friends that the President hardly consults with him. Presidential adviser and former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker has barely heard from the White House, in spite of being the world’s leading authority on banking. Wouldn’t you think, given the perilous economic situation around the globe, these two should have become permanent fixtures at the White House? But the President does deal with the real important things in his own way… Let’s face it, it took him only four months of agonizing, untiring thought, to decide on what type of dog the White House should get…

He couldn’t convince the Olympic Committee yet we expect him to instill fear and negotiate with the enemies of the world? Our friends worry about our current leader, our enemies mock and openly defy us. Meanwhile the President apologizes to every despot for America daring to live up to its principles. Pity!
