Can someone explain to me what dastardly deed am I guilty of, what provision of LGF’s policy I may have violated, that this post has been bounced off from LGF twice already since a link was first posted 32 minutes ago. I re-posted it for a third time, will it once again be nuked?!?!? My stats package shows a total of 51 views coming from LGF since I first posted it. hmmmnnn…
Well, you guessed it gentle reader! It’s gone again! That speaks very eloquently does it not?!?!? I just checked and for the third time in 43 minutes… it disappeared. Censorship, anyone? Is that someone’s version of Freedom of Speech?!?!?
I just reposted it again at 10:27 Eastern Standard Time. Somehow, I don’t think it’ll stay on too long!
Weelll, it’s gone. Only took 7 minutes this time!!!

When Dubya was President he was called every name in the book, he was accused of subverting the Constitution (though he didn’t!) all the while the “progressives” claimed their right to freedom of speech! Now, when freedom of speech is being challenged, when the government under Obama ventures dangerously close to actually trampling on the Constitution these same regressive progressive elements are actually lauding the current President’s performance.
Bush was constantly heckled and while I have no doubt he didn’t savor those moments, he usually either ignored them or made a funny remark. Under President Obama, Freedom of Speech is suddenly treated differently:
Obviously those who clamored for freedom of speech under W. now lost all interest in that freedom other than to silence it, unless it is exercised by their own. Freedom of speech means that often we will be subjected to something we may consider unpleasant or even offensive, regardless of the direction it is coming from. To stop that right, because the side being attacked has no coherent argument against the heckler (other than the use of security – police or private guards), is too dangerously reminiscent of dictatorial powers past or present! Yes, gentle folks, there are times when Freedom of Speech oversteps the boundaries, but that is only the case when violence is being advocated!
“Dissent is patriotic” was the battle cry of progressives during the last administration. “Dissenters are racists” is their new motto. Because I love my country and vehemently disagree with the current policies does that makes me a racist?!?!? I dare any of these progressives to compare their views, their records on race, with my proud resume on that same issue. We’ll see who is truly more progressive… the bigots who tolerate no dissent or this immigrant (from Uruguay, South America), politically conservative, orthodox Jew from Brooklyn, NY, who loves the USA and what it represents?
Is Dr. Alan Keyes, also a racist?!?!? You may agree or disagree with his words. Even if you oppose Obama, but still think Dr. Keyes may have gone a bit a far in his attack, are these words those of a racist?!?!? Personally I think he’s asking legitimate questions. Though I’ve seen no absolute evidence that Obama is not American born, I still wonder why the Prez won’t dispel the doubts and shut his accusers’ mouths by producing the one document that will prove his birthplace once and for all? Personally I think Dr. Keyes statements on the budget are very much on target. Is he, also, to be labeled a racist by Maureen Down, that New York Times Barbie, or Jimmy Carter and those of their ilk?!?!?
John Adams once said: “There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword. The other is by debt.” As Dr Keyes puts it in the video above: We are claiming that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system, explain to me how that is possible? I also am waiting for an explanation, any explanation, that shows an understanding of even the simplest rules of economics. Until then I will continue to decry any policy, any misguided step, that may lead to this country’s demise! And it has nothing to do with racism!!!
Is AlfonZo Rachel also a “racist?!?!?”
In all fairness, all sides get frustrated, all sides get impatient, all sides get a little hot under the collar when confronted with disagreement. BUT… my dissent and that of millions of Americans, who totally disagree with the direction of the current administration, has nothing to do with racism!!! I’d be just as vehemently opposed to these very same policies even if it was the most lily white WASP or anybody else who occupied the White House!
Grow up, stop being regressive, earn the “progressive” label by learning from history, by trying to understand the basic principles of economics, by reading the US Constitution, by becoming tolerant of different ideas! How? By using your own gray matter – after you get a real education that includes all view points no matter how abhorrent they may seem!!!
I’m sick of the hypocritical double standard of these truly regressive “progressives.” I’m sick of their lies, their bigotry, their ignorance, their repression. Above all, I’m sick of how they are destroying this country!!!

Please learn that the “Progress” which “Progressives” work for is a Marxist term.
Under Marxism, the ultimate form of social organization is “Communism.” According to Marx, “Capitalism” is a transit point on the way to “Communism.” Read Marx’s book, “The Communist Manifesto.” It’s all in there. Society must progress from feudalism, through “Capitalism”, into “Communism.”
Socialism existed before Marx, but Marx requires “Class-struggle” to achieve “Communism.”
Socialism is where everyone owns the means of production, “Communism” is where the “Working-class” own the means of production by seizing it from the “Ruling-class” through “Class-struggle.”
Progressives ARE Marxists !
Thank you for that bit of education Boson Higgs! I’ve oft quoted from Karl Marx’ Communist Manifesto, so it’s probably a safe bet that I’ve read at least parts of it and would, therefore, be aware of its existence.
The fact remains that most “progressives” have never read old Karl’s opus. In fact, most of them follow the ideas of Chomsky and other such pseudo intellectualloids with an agenda. They understand little of the ramifications of Marxism, only what they’ve been brainwashed to believe. I’ve encountered far too many of these “progressives” who are shocked that I describe some of their ideas as bordering on Marxism. So much for “progressives” reading “progressive” tracts!
